Layouts - 2.9/4Nice pink site. The ads at the top of each frame doesn't fit well there because it causes sidescrolling. I think it would be better if you had a pop up, that way, there won't be much or no sidescrolling, even if the pop up is annoying, you could tell visitors on your main page to minimize the ad so it won't pop again. The guestbook graphic would be better off in the main navigation bar like the rest of the subpage navigations instead on the main page. The border background would look better if it didn't cut off halfway down and then start again. If it was longer, it would be fine, or it could be the resolution I'm viewing your site in. Maybe you should add in what resolution your site is best viewed in. If you already have, gomen I can't see to find it. ^_^; Some of your pages don't match your layout. When you have a frame layout, try to have all your pages match. Don't change the background colour or something. In the Japanese section, the purple and bright pink table doesn't match at all. It's also hard to read the pink text. You could change the purple to a darker shade and have the headings changed to pink instead of black, or change the table background to white and the pink you're using throughout your whole site. Your site has some text bolded, and some aren't. My suggestion is to keep one, don't mix them together. Some of your links to other sites open up in the same frame. Try to keep the links opening in one way so you don't have half the links in your frame, and the other half popping up in new windows.

You have some spelling errors around your site. You might want to look through your site quickly to catch mistakes and fix them. Pages that I noticed that have spelling errors are the Galleries main page, Win Awards and the main page of the Fanfics. These are just a few of them, not all. I think 'quizes' is supposed to be 'quizzes'. You should check your links to other pages to see if their still working, or have moved. This includes all pages with links to other sites, ex. Awards Won, Links, etc. There are a few broken links in your picture galleries too.
Entertainment - 3.6/4
Your site looks very entertaining. You have so many interesting activities around your site. I really like your otaku senshi idea and how you edit and make their senshi pictures from requests. There are three fun quizzes which is nice to have, e-mail greeting cards and so much more. Not to mention you're still adding a lot more to your site like profiles, lyrics, etc.
Creativity - 3.9/4
This site is very unique. Beautiful pictures that you editted. They're done really well and you also let people request otaku senshi. ^_^ I like your idea of the circle of sister sites. That's not something I see everyday and not to mention, you also have a step by step process on how to draw Sailor Moon! That is something not very common and with thumbnails too.
General Impression - 3/4
I didn't like your splash page very much. I thought it looked a little crowded. I think in all those things you had on your splash page, you could have included the screen resolution, frames or not, etc. The hiatus message was fine, right where it should go, the first thing to look at when you go to your site. :) Moving on, in the galleries, the image maps might take more longer to load than just having thumbnails for each picture, so you might want to reconsider but those image maps were pretty good.
