Otaku Senshi: Sailor Astera Art

There are a lot of images of Sailor Astera in the galleries here on SailorAstera.com and I deeply appreciates ever single fanart that I receive. However, one breif look through the gallery and it's clear that not all of the Astera Art images depict Sailor Astera in her actual, correct design. In fact, my OWN Astera Art page has older images that are quite inaccurate themselves! ^_^

In order to avoid confusion for artists and fans, I have created this page which features the more accurate references. Please feel free to use this page as a reference when creating fanart that features Sailor Astera!

Sailor Astera: First Dark Form

First Dark Form

This is Sailor Astera's first form. She obtains this transformation on the planet Nemesis before the Dark Moon invasion of Earth.


Sailor Astera: Second Dark Form

Second Dark Form

This is the form we meet Sailor Astera in when she returns to 20th century Earth in the story Return of Astera. She obtains her super transformation just before going to the past.


Sailor Astera: Moon Healed Form

Moon Healed Form

When Sailor Astera is healed, this form appears for a few moments because of Sailor Moon's power; it is not a true form of Astera.


Sailor Astera: Semi Ascended Form

Semi Ascended Form

At the end of Flames of Burden, Sailor Astera obtains this semi-Ascended form because she is unable to reach her full potential.


Sailor Astera: Ascended Form

Ascended Form

The Ascended Form is the final form of the Ghya Senshi. Sailor Astera is unable to obtain this form at this time because of the weakness of her Sailor Crystal and the fact that her planet has been blown up into little chunks. ^^;


Sailor Astera: Past Life Form

Past Life Form

Sailor Astera later discovers that her planet is left over from an ancient solar system. In her past life, she had a slightly different outfit when she was a member of the Ghya Senshi.


Sailor Astera: Cosplay Form

Cosplay Form

When I cosplay Sailor Astera, she has a few changes to her outfit. I imagine this as the 'live action' version of Astera.



Additional Forms

Sailor Astera has a few additional forms that I do not have totally accurate references for yet. These forms are: Myu Sailor Astera, Dark Princess Astera, Sailor Radium Amethyst (AU animamate form), Healed Princess Astera, Past Princess Astera, and a civilian form.
